The theory for vlookups is as follows:

=VLOOKUP(cell reference, corresponding range of cells to link to, column number to output, false)

OR

=VLOOKUP(cell reference, corresponding range of cells to link to, column number to output, 0)

Note:

"False" means Exact Match 

OR

0 means Exact Match
